Marla Kane, recently won WQLV’s (The Pulse 98.9 FM, Millersburg/Harrisburg) local competition in the 29th Colgate Country Showdown.
She will advance to the Pennsylvania State Final of the Colgate Country Showdown Sept. 11 at the Hershey Park Amphitheatre at 2 p.m. for a chance to win $1,000 and the opportunity to move on to the regional competition in Ohio. Regional winners win an all-expense paid trip to the national final in Nashville to compete for the $100,000 grand prize. For more info, click here.
Marla was in the studio last week to do vocal preparation on some new material for the State Final. We had a blast working on the new songs and have a good idea which ones she will be performing!!! Good Luck!!!!
