Alex Bew of Arcade Island started writing music when he was fifteen. Six years later his sound evolved into something very complex in texture and can not be defined by one genre with the mixture of edgy guitars and synth arpeggios. He likes his music to create moods and take listeners to another place. Alex writes honest lyrics that are true to him so you will find it easy to connect and relate with his songs. He’s operating as a one man band right now and recorded the drums, bass, guitars, synths & vocals himself. Alex knows what he wants so it made the recording process very quick. We recorded, mixed and mastered in 3 days.
